Drone Software (Java/Kotlin) Engineer

We’re looking for a highly motivated software developer who shares our interest in the world of drones and would like to work at the forefront of state of the art technologies for an international customer base. Key tasks include development of drone control station software, specification, design and testing.


  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science
  • In depth understanding of object oriented software development, distributed systems, asynchronous messaging systems

Responsibilities / Tasks

Drone Test Pilot / Operations Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated, independent and experienced drone enthusiast who would like to take on the challenge of building up the operational part for a drone software company. You have a software development and/or electronics background. Approaching problems and tasks methodically is one of your core strengths.

You’ll be responsible for defining quality measures and developing test methods for autopilot electronics. You’ll be working hand in hand with the software team on continuous integration, maintaining the test infrastructure and automate our workflows to the fullest extent possible.

As you will become an expert for our products you’ll take a lead role in supporting our customers through training and guiding their integration teams remotely or on-site. You are equally comfortable installing autopilots into various drone types and the power and wiring challenges that come with it. You are an excellent troubleshooter and are comfortable analysing flight logs to locate faults and improve flight performance.
